WHO MADE THIS THING? Once Writer Mark Lomey and Director Kirk Murray had a shootable script, they enlisted the help of established Producer Durand Saint-Hilaire to make the call out for crew. "Several ads went out over several websites, and we got a lot of interested people. We'd have those duds, you know, everyone gets them. Where they are interested until they hear the shooting schedule. And if you've ever worked in the truly low budget circuit you usually find two types of people. Those who are committed to telling the same story you are, and everyone else. (laughs) No, but it's hard trying to find dependable people who you aren't paying. But in the end, I think it worked out nicely ," Murray said during an interview. With a crew of over twenty, Murray and Hilaire went hard to work at making the transition from script to screen. |
